The past few days have witnessed a great moment of Hailiang (Anhui) Copper Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hailiang Anhui Copper or the Company) being honored the title of “Gold Supplier” at the 2019 Global Suppliers Conference of Midea RAC Division. It is the high-quality product and on-time delivery that make Hailiang Anhui Copper stand out in the competition. Such honor is not only Midea’s highly recognition of the Company, but also a demonstration of sincere cooperation to achieve strategic win-win results between these two companies.
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Hailiang Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hailiang Stock), Hailiang Anhui Copper has always adhered to the business strategy of Hailiang Stock as well as established and maintained long-term and stable cooperation with well-known brand enterprises such as Gree, Midea, Haier and Hitachi, etc. Such efforts pave way for Hailiang Stock to become an international giant of non-ferrous materials smart manufacturing and to successfully achieve the business objectives of the “2025 strategic plan”. Apart from several patents granted, the Company has successively won the "Advanced Unit" of "861" Investment Project, "Special Contribution Award", "Outstanding Enterprise" in Shizishan District, "Excellent Investment Enterprise" in Tongling City, Clean Production Enterprise, District Director Quality Award, Excellent Foreign Trade Enterprise, Top Ten Enterprise in the Industry and Ten Thousand Yuan Tax-paying Enterprise, etc.
Currently guided by the goal of “l(fā)eap-forward development of non-ferrous materials smart manufacturing”, Hailiang Stock is evolving from the traditional manufacturing of product and application ends to smart manufacturing. In order to implement the company's corresponding strategic deployment, Hailiang Anhui Copper has successively launched several production line expansion projects since 2015. May 2016 saw the completion and commissioning of “the project of 24,000 tons annual output of high-efficiency energy-saving and environmentally-friendly precision copper pipe”. In March 2017, another 500 million yuan was invested by the Company to start the second-phase production line project “annual production of 90,000 tons of copper pipe”. The project covers a land area of 58.4 mu and the new plant and auxiliary building areas are 38930.3 square meters. These first-phase buildings were completed at the end of November 2017 with the infrastructure construction and equipment installation entering the trial production stage with load. As to the second-phase, the installation and commissioning of the equipment was completed in October this year and entered the trial production stage as well.
