On May 20th, Chen Xiaoping, vice chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of China National Democratic Construction Association Zhejiang Province Committee, and his delegates visited Hailiang Stock and carried out democratic supervision and investigation on “high-quality development of the private economy”. Ye Weihong, member of the Standing Committee of the Shaoxing Municipal Party Committee and minister of the United Front Work Department, Meng Guofeng, member of the Standing Committee of Zhuji Municipal Party Committee, and Zhu Hongwei, vice mayor of Zhuji, accompanied their visit. Inside the coiling workshop of Hailiang Stock’s Zhejiang Production Base, Chairman Chen listened earnestly to Cao Jianguo when he made an introduction to Hailiang Stock’s technology upgrading, product application and market exploration. He gave the company credit for its achievements and efforts in upgrading the copper processing industry and scientifically implementing the strategy of attaching importance to both internal and external markets.
At the subsequent exchange talk, Cao Jianguo delivered a work report on the development of Hailiang Group. In 2018, Hailiang Group adhered to the development concept of “pursuing not only enterprise benefits, but also social morals” and deepened the implementation of development strategy of “giving priority to development in education, achieving leap-forward development in non-ferrous materials smart manufacturing and realizing sound development of health industries”.
